Well, both of the votes I thought about making already have 2 votes on them... so I don't think I'll join a joke-vote bandwagon. Normally voting for a met's fan is always a good idea (Go Phillies!), and virus trying to power-role fish could be scummy... or it could have been a joke. I wouldn't have reminded him that there are no VT though, and seen if he tried to claim one... lol.

Your first reason is pretty weak -- virus is too experienced to make such a blatant mistake, I think. Still, I'll see what virus says.

As for your second -- this is "balance not included" mafia. My guess is that {i]no one[/i] is like anyone else. When there are no VTs, the only thing that makes us similar is alignment.

but well, friday 11 pm (my time) few beers, and as said in that post, i am / was enthousiastic for the game, i made a joke in my enthousiasm.
so i think the conclusions made from the post are a bit out of line with the intension of the post.
(not sure if out of line is the right word at this point, but could not come up with a more fitting word, nothing intended)

i honestly see it as a mafia indicative motive for your post. Like i you are the kind of player to state "well this guy is a role" like ever as town. You seem more reserved in your games and play.

How are you defining meaningful? I am assuming meaningful as scum hunting? DJ made an observation on Stors focus on Virus. I am going to assume your vote is not a joke vote and an observation just like DJ's. I am going to also assume you believe DJ to be scum with your vote? I say this because one could easily ask your question of DJ without voting.

One could look at your vote several ways. One you are deflecting the focus off of virus and trying to shift the focus to DJ. two you believe DJ is mafia with his comment? There are other WIFOM ways that could go.

I can understand spiesr's frustration: we often spend a lot of time bullshitting on Day 1, so it's nice to see something turn up quickly, and unfortunate to see someone disrupt that progress. However, in this case the argument was weak and we're going to need another short lead as we usually have got. So spiesr's case is as weak as anyone else's and claiming that he's being the police of good discussion on D1 is absurd.

Also, virus' comment was a joke before D1 started, so in my eyes, you can't read anything from it, and I believe that by trying to construct a case from said post is scummy.
