I am sorry that the actions of one person made you feel unwelcome on this site, but normally for someone to be guilty of abusing another player there needs to be repeated instances of abuse. Since the accused is a relatively new player there might not be many instances currently, so if this one instance is all that can be reported at the present time the report will most likely be noted for future cases involving the accused. Also I think the correct name is Nexrem.

Very true... Bigotry, racism, etc does not require repeated offenses. As is the case with this complaint, at least a warning is issued for the first offense.

People that do it repeatedly, as is the case with IILWUHAS, should be perma-banned.
