Just wanted to pop in and say hello. I see Andy is still around. Anyone else from the original group still stop by often? Glad to see this thread is still alive and on page 1. Hope never dies, apparently.

Wish I was there now.
I would goto Moochie's Meatballs and More or The Red Iguana anytime I was in Salt Lake City.

I'm "old" ut don't think I started posting here until much later. Always nice to have more people around, though!

ISSUE 14 the longest thread, thread - Occasionally NSFW-space ship-RANDOM WIKI PAGE!!!INTERVIEW WITH MUY- Best picture contest- - Over looked post-
Space ship
This is not a story….. But It all started on night back in 2007 when suddenly I heard a loud bang I ran to the door to see what it was a Space ship had landed in front of me. And it was not just some small space ship a very large one. Now on the account of me living far away from everyone in rural Minnesota I knew there was no government coming to save me. And if I dialed 911 what was I going to say a space ship is outside my house please help!!!! No So I gathered up what courage I had I walked towards the space ship then a door opened I stopped.. I waited for something to happen anything. I waited for what to this day seems like a life time. The seconds to me seemed to drag on as centuries I had no the will power to move for if I did I could not seem to muster my strength Then to my surprise a figure appeared in the door way and a then I saw a flash a bright flash that shattered the darkness I was at a loss of vision I could not see anything as my fear grew i noticed the figure bend down and pick a flower Keep in mind now my retina’s where having a field day as my brain was tell my eyes to hurry up I need to know what is going on the flash blinded me but as the darkness settled into my eyes i could see clearly now but it the figure turned and I swore it said as it turned DANDLINE hahah there going to love this back on Salvantia.. Then the door close and then time corrected for its previous mishaps and it speed up so quickly I could not even comprehend that the spaceship was gone forever..

The broad-billed parrot is a large extinct parrot in the familyPsittaculidae that was endemic to the island of Mauritius in the Indian Ocean. It has been classified as a member of the tribe Psittaculini, and may have been closely related to the Rodrigues parrot. The broad-billed parrot had a large head in proportion to its body, a distinct crest of feathers on the front of the head, and a very large beak that would have enabled it to crack hard seeds. Subfossil bones indicate that the species exhibited greater sexual dimorphism in overall size and head size than any living parrot. A contemporary description indicates that it had a blue head, a greyish or blackish body, and perhaps a red beak. The broad-billed parrot was first referred to as the "Indian raven" in Dutch ships' journals from 1598 onwards. It was first scientifically described from a subfossil mandible in 1866, but this was not linked to the few brief contemporary descriptions until the rediscovery of a detailed 1601 sketch (pictured). The bird became extinct in the 17th century owing to a combination of deforestation, predation by introduced invasive species, and probably also because of hunting.
INTERVIEW with muy_thaiguy
How often do you do laundry? do you separate your colors? what kind of detergent do you use?
2-3 times a week, with darks and lights. For detergent, whatever.
If you could live anywhere and in any time where would you live?
The 1980s. The music was awesome! And people still looked where they went instead of focused on their smartphones. Also, no Bieber.
what is your favorite type of car?
One that works. Specifically, Chevy Truck I suppose. Failing that, Bigfoot (google it if you don't know what that is).
How much do you like football?
How much does the rest of the world like soccer? Though, mainly college. I only watch NFL to watch certain players.
Would you rather die by fire or drowning?
Only if the fire incinerates me in an instant. If it has to be one of them, I want it to be quick.
how would you describe society at large?
A mess. Politically, socially, and economically.
What is your favorite television show?
Avatar series. Last Airbender and Legend of Korra. Not the shitty thing that was supposed to be an adaptation of a movie nor the one with giant alien smurfs.
what is your favorite civilization in history?
Oh, either Rome or Ancient Greece. That's where many legends originate from.
what are you planing on doing with your life?
Not have anymore knee surgeries. Already on 5. Career wise, well, that's limited where I live. Possibly conquer the world with a clone army hidden in the mountains with weapons and armor that makes modern technology look primitive.
do you have hope in humanity?
Only to an extent, since humanity as a whole is deeply flawed and almost continuously at war with eachother over one thing or another. Needs a different party to step in and bring order.
what was your favorite vacation place?
Hawaii or family reunions. Hawaii because it was just so relaxing. Family reunions because I enjoy visiting with my family whom I don't see that often.
in a battle to the death who would win Targetman377 or strke wolf and why?
jonesy would, as he would kill you with laughter!
in a battle to the death who would win Quirk or andy? and why?
Me, because I would step in when both were worn out and then 1-shot them!
what is your favorite story?
Oh, decisions, decisions. If pressed, the Wheel of Time Series by Robert Jordan, but currently reading the Temeraire series by Naomi Novik. The first one is along the line of the Lord of the Rings, but without elves, and includes a lot of mythology from Norse, Hindu, and other cultures. The latter is an alternate universe/history series where the world has sentient dragons that range from the size of a horse, to that of a frigate, and takes place during the Napoleonic Wars where the main character travel around the world getting caught up in numerous adventures.
