First of all: this will not be a 1vs1 tournament like the one I made in Antarctica. This will be mostely a Terminator tournament!!

Like the Antarctica tournament, no cities will be represented in this tournament. The tournament winner will represent the whole Arctic in the Cities League. But that's just a minor detail.
Tournament Structure
Group Stage: People will be randomly seeded into four 5-player groups. Terminator. Three 5-player games will be played. Win = 2 points. Kill = 1 point. Be killed = -1 point. First and second in each group advances to the Final.
Final: One 8-player game. Standard. Winner takes it all.
Tiebreaker
A Standard playoff game will be made in the event of having to untie players after the group stage.
