adding a button for changing clock format (myOptions["24hourClockFormat"]) as it is in the localstorage with the other panel interface options but you cant access it except from the console

im saying that there exist a function on the gamepage to change the time that says when 24hs have gone. from 12h <--> 24h but its not accessible without the console
