I guess the part I'm confused on is what the "first batch" is referring to? I'm assuming it means just the IGN's listed? So I guess my question is when will the medals be issued for those that are not on that list. Or if that list is not the first batch I guess clarification on what the first batch is.

The first prize recipients will be the players who have earned all prizes (premiums who have collected all 16 stamps and freemiums who have collected 12 or more stamps) and those who are not currently in any eligible active games.
Each player who is currently in at least one eligible active game will receive his/her prize shortly after his/her last eligible game has finished or after he/she earns his/her 16th stamp (if premium) or 12th stamp (if freemium), whichever comes first.
I may decide that games that do not finish before a certain date are not eligible. If I do, I will make an announcement with the date.
