I'm sick of hearing about sub prime mortgages. I never get to read about how much money the average house has lost in value over the last 3-4 years
I have a house and a mortgage. My home has not appreciably depreciated in value. The subprime mortgage crisis is a lot more about the mortgage companies than the typical American homeowner.

That wasn't me. Clearly I have always held the home owners who signed their name on the contract as responsible as the shysters who wrote the contracts. I rented and saved all throughout the real estate bubble and tried to help anyone who would listen.
I remember this post of yours. I thought, when I first read it, you were talking about Annika Hansen
Next one please.

Got it.
地震!
'm planning a crucial move for some CC Rail game when suddenly a feel a slight wobble. That's strange! Then another wobble, desk slaps the wall, I'M UNDER ATTACK! I could feel the 6 story apartment block wobble like jello. It felt so weak, and it's amazing how so many other things seem meaningless when you're dealing with just a small earthquake at the time.
My first earthquake experience was quite adrenaline-rushing. GET READY, MOTHERFK'ER!! yet I felt so insignificant and defenseless, vulnerable even! A most interesting feeling to have so unexpectedly.
Anybody else got any similar earthquake stories?
Also, I reacted way too slowly, but I just stood under the (what appears to be) the strongest door frame in the flat. Anybody got any better ideas other than praying and/or burning paper or incense?
Ok, this is this person's 4th post, but the first three suck.
