Well, you've essentially asserted that something that can not be proven is something we can not know. Considering that virtually nothing can be proven, your reasoning for why we can't know about gods could be extended to everything else we "know". You likely would disagree with that statement, but it is the logical extension of your reasoning.
So, whenever you say "we can't know whether God exists" I always hear you say "we can't know anything about anything". That is ultimately why agnosticism is so annoying.

no, i think that we may be able to prove it one way or the other, but we obviously haven't done so yet... so to take a strong, fundamentalist position on the question either way is ignorant.

If you notice my profile says this is my most active thread or topic. That is not true. I only posted 80 or so times in it. They moved flame wars so none of those topics counted and they stopped allowing my posts in this forum to count also.
