I say this not because its coincidental that he made threads after joining the games, but because he made the threads TWO MINUTES after joining each game .
I felt he needed to be called out on it, so here you go. Im not sure if this is the first time he has done this but its worth going into.

it is true. thats how i caught the multis. I joined the games and than saw it was the same players. so I came here and posted. I thought this is where you report issues? And there are other players in the game. its not an automatic win

The fact that they are mostly NRs isnt the point. The point is that you joined a game when you were 99% sure you knew they were multis AND THEN REPORTED IT. Basically the same thing as Masli did just without the mod powers. Oh and you prolong your turns too so that you can get out of potentially losing How sweet
Johnny is the poster child for getting away with shady shit... But alas he always will because he never wins enough to accumulate a high point total and have people notice... Tens of thousands of games against noobs...
Ooh ooh, can someone make a script that shows the average rank of the people you've played... Not the old "their rank compared to yours" I want to see the script that shows the absurdly low rank average of opponents for a player with 30k games played...
I don't have map rank anymore but I've 20k played and I'd bet dollars to donuts I'm an equalitarian with an average rank played double what his is...
As droll as this whole conversation is, let us end it on a high note for JR: he has the right to join games and then report a person as much as the next player. JR is Cleared of whatever it is that he was accused of, since he has no multi hunting abilities I am aware of.

According to the above text, he joined one of the games after reporting them. Does that matter?
I mean, while JR24 is not a multi hunter, there are some pretty obvious circumstances where someone is a multi, and it wouldn't be hard to utilize that to score free points. I'd prefer if the C&A staff did not formally condone such behavior.
Prefer what you like, there are plenty of times people are "sure" someone is a multi and it turns out they are not. Just look through all of the cases in which someone is cleared of being a multi.
Regardless of when he joined a game, or whether it was malicious on his part or not, there is nothing against doing that. He has absolutely no way of knowing who is a multi apart from "knowing" or "feeling" that they are.
Instead of allowing this to devolve into some kind of back and forth discussion, I am going to lock this thread. Feel free to PM KA and/or one of us Mets if you have any more problems with our decisions.
I would like to clarify that we do not condone "hunting" practices where you join games with possible multis and then reporting them, hoping that the report will result in a bust. You make your own reputation. This also does not mean that you will also be automatically suspected for abuse if you frequently make reports about your opponents for being multis. The multi hunters will perform busts if it is indeed a multi and clear them if they are not. JR is just one of the players that can't really stay away from new recruits and will make reports once he suspects something.
