I just checked Billys games. I noticed his first game ever was a private game which he set up. His first turn he deployed and made no attack (in an escalating game makes good sense) and on his second turn took 4 seconds from deployment to attack.

They will give the points back fast enough anyway if their score is above their skills.
The alternative would be to take the points back and delete them - not good for the total amount of points in CC, or to give them back to the point dumper. I think I prefer the people to keep the points from the point dumper. Plus a warning not do it again and a ban at the next offense maybe.

Laughable. There is a difference between an indefinite FORUM ban, linda, and an indefinite WEBSITE ban. He wouldn't have been able to play games had he been website banned.
