Re: [Official] Website "lag" reports
I would notice the slightest amount of lag with the type of player I am, and the type of games I play...
sometimes the lag is significant... seconds @ a times... no time outs for me, but up to 5 seconds @ time.. which doesn't seem like a lot, but in the games I play it's usually the difference between winning and losing against a good player...
sometimes the lag is brief.. 1 or 2 seconds maybe..
and sometimes no lag whatsoever...
I know for a fact, it's not my comp or connection... I guess I just wish when they did work on the site, whenever possible they would consolidate that work and do it all @ once and give a warning as they do from time to time.. I realize sometimes this isn't possible, I just wish when it is possible, that's how they would handle it... if they do as I'm suggesting already? then nevermind.. lol

I have noticed this recently as well. This is even in games that are not speed games.

This happens in my casual games quite often and is also the reason I've basically stopped playing speed.

just now, maps load 10x slower
die roll 10x slower too

Re: [Official] Website "lag" reports
Lag is now every single night. Playing games is still okay, but any forum activity is accompanied by lag.
I've noticed the difference because I log in both in the afternoon before work and during the night when I come home from work, and it is definitely always greater at night.

Re: [Official] Website "lag" reports
Incredible lag ... all games nearly all the time now. 24-hr games, as well as speed. Shoot even just trying to switch from forum to my games tab.
Initially the lag was off and on for about a week, but moreso than ever this evening.
Someone please look into this, thank you in advance.

30 seconds to deploy. 50 seconds to attack. 20 seconds to advance. 20 seconds to fort.
Sort this shit out.

woooooooow so sloooooooooow
Re: [Official] Website "lag" reports
The lag has been brutal on every dice roll today. Big hangups on deploying, starting turns, cashing cards, rolling dice. Frustrating.
Highest rank: 48th. Highest score: 3,384. Feb. 9, 2014.

Re: [Official] Website "lag" reports
Just got kicked from a speed tournament game because I lagged out after winning my first game and couldn't get back on. Thanks so fucking much!

Re: [Official] Website "lag" reports
Lot of lag when playing speed auto tournaments. And any speed game in general.

Give bigWham the benefit of the doubt. It was lackattack who started this thread. Given bW's attention to updates, and the rapidly increasing lag on this site, I would hope something is done soon.

Re: [Official] Website "lag" reports
Yes lag is terrible with both speed and casual games!!
Re: [Official] Website "lag" reports
Lag again getting too much, games and forum, running my games right down at the moment, subs up for renewal next month, all these new features, whether you want them or not are useless if the lag makes the whole experience unbearable (and that's without going into the non-random dice issues)
If nothing else works, a total pig-headed unwillingness to look facts in the face will see us through
Re: [Official] Website "lag" reports
I like the lag. Let's me get a cup of coffee in between dice rolls, feed the cat, do some laundry....
