Who has the lowest rating? And who has the lowest number of turns taken?

Searching the scoreboard for lowest rating will give you a load of players with 1 game completed who never turned up.

[player]codeblue1018[/player] has a pretty low legitimate rating: 3.3
...but 100% turns taken.

I have been above cadet. My range of should be higher. I made it to Sargeant 1st class in the past.

For continuous, exceptional and beyond the call of duty bad attendance, I present to you these two:

[player]mentaloop[/player], currently 75% of turns taken, likes to join team games and not play.

[player]savemyday83[/player], 70% of turns taken, I think this player has actually quit, but before he left he very successfully ruined a perfectly good 4-way game on the Classic map with his frequent turn skipping and earned a space in my foe list as a reward.

There are numerous NRs who sign join games and never take a single turn. Thus, zero % of turns taken is actually quite common overall.
