RULES AND POINTS
Welcome to the Conquer Club Doubles League!
This season will consist of 12 rounds (best of 5 games) and playoffs (also best of 5). For the regular season games, each round will be played on a different map. Points will be awarded in the following manner.
Team Win: 10 pts
Team loss: 0 pts
kill: 1 pt
death: -2 pt
No Show: -10 pt

Notice that there is a penalty for not joining your games. if there is one thing that kills a tournament, it is no shows. So, for no shows, not only will you be penalized 10 pts and 4 for both teammates dying, but the other team will gain points for a win and kills. furthermore, this will only be allowed once (barring special circumstances), after the first time the team will be disqualified and kicked from the tournament.

is it a league to start with, then knockout afterwards?

It is a league....but like with any other league......say the NFL, or NHL, or even MBL, there comes a point when there are playoffs........an end to the season if you will. After that, they are crowned champions of that season and then a new season will begin. I plan to do that as well if the first season works out well.

middle earth and alexander are our map choice..
seq/flat/unlimited
also we propose just doing it randomly rather than by rank or region
there better ? :P

so are you voting for alexander map as well?

I thought that a team could only vote once, but if both members can vote seperately, then put Alexander's Empire down twice for our team.

I'm interested but my doubles partner just got arrested, lol.

If anyone needs a teamate, let me know. We can play a game before any desicions are final if you'd like. I don't really know anyone here except my usual partner, but he's not gonna be around for 6 - 8 months, depending on his behaviour....
