MID TURN DEPLYMENT = BS

Post by tenio »

When you kill another player you get all his cards. The bad part is that when you attack another player and the cards you revive get over the 5 card limit you get to deploy them right there. I think this is unfair and stupid. Because if someone gets lucky and kills another player they get all his or her cards then they can have like 50 or 60 armies and win the game. I think that it should be an option to wait till thier next turn to deploy all the cards

being able to deploy cards midturn gives the other players no chance to come back and it allows the attacker to attack from 2 places at once.

Ummm.... everyone seems to be overlooking the rule in the real-life game that says that you can only have a maximum of five cards without having to trade in cards!

Without mid turn cash the games would last forever. Like poo said, it is the key component of escalating games. And escalating is the original way that the board game is played. I think it's ridiculous. Once you learn how to play you will probably appreciate it more. You will also see that esc is the only fair setting, in the other two you are punish for attacking people, better off just doing nothing and building forever. I don't know why anyone plays those shit setting, (ie singles flat, and singles no-cards).

Then make sure YOU kill off the other player.

This is one of the only tactic in escalating, most of the times you kill someone and then go on killing everyone.

That's how you play escalating, and that's how you win. Easy to make 5 KO's in a single turn due to this setting...and that's the goal.

No, when you have 5 you must cash in (that goes for the boardgame as well), or else you would end the turn on 6. Besides, this is CC, not Risk

if you just wait and don't do anything until your time runs out then you keep the cards and can therefore have more than 6 cards at the end of your turn

Oh. Sorry. Anyways, it's still messing with the rules a bit too much, in my opinion. (Maybe have it as a different option for game creation?)

you are all probably right

once i WIN some more games and get more experience i will probably love the rule

I now think adding this as an option would be a waste of space and crowd up the settings panel thing.

hope to cya IN GAME!!!

Ron I'm sorry to tell you this. But I have seen your posts in the past and you aren't the flame king. Just shut up. It was funny what you said about AK but jeez it was only a one day ban grow up. All you do is throw curse people off. So sorry if this hurt your feelings. But I think a flame king is someone who uses insults that take a brain to think of. So yell at me with your curses. But it will just make you look worse.

I'm spamming? Was this forum ever serious? Come on you are nothing special. There is no actual way to see who the actual flame king is. You are relying on a poll? You are the spammer not me.

I think this is just a huge waste of time. How do you measure who the flame king is?
