Game 13571577 Atlantis
It is Teflon who set up the thread
He must change it to show our new score
For our foes to revere, all in dread
As we conquer in style, like before

teflon is slow it is true
however for joining of tie break we waited for days more than a few
Questions of timely action need for sure
Remember how many weeks late the honourable ones joined in this war
Trying to save time teflon may well
Update the score with the next batch as well.

Still no round 2 Atlantis home games...
Not crazy about how this went down especially since Teflon Kris chose the exchange day. I don't think you're using this time to change any games, but seeing as how you guys cried to the clan directors when I took this over because we were a day late...
...despite the ignorant comments about AQoH and honour, we won't conduct ourselves in the manner that you did. Send your games through when you can Teflon.

The games are made, maybe Tk just forgot to send them to you. I got invitations a couple days ago for the home games.

belatedly took over.... a little latter than a day late. I'll send through games to you guys if you still haven't gotten them. Maybe kris sent them to your first contact by mistake?
Please your honour take a look at when this thread was created. Then have a look when you guys after much prodding became active. RL takes precedent over CC. So can understand kuma pulling out, however the extreme delay in covering/replacing him you might agree skirted on the boundary of honourable conduct.
Enough with the petty bickering am wondering whether you or I will write "I know you are, you said you are, but what am I?". You guys were weeks late, teflon is a few hrs late. I have faith you will have ALL the games filled promptly as will we. Lets let the snarkiness and anger out on the battlefield.
So anyone care to back AQoH in a sig bet? Still no takers

AQoH has a few wins coming. Beating me like I stole their little sister's lunch money in a few games.

Re: [NCC4] ATL (9) v AQoH (3) of 41
Denmark is a silly place. It has no mountains and can't decide whether it should be in the North Sea or in the Baltic, whether it should be land-based or an archipelago, or whether it should be part of Scandinavia or middle Europe. And while the country has plenty of beaches, they are full of stinging jellyfish.
Danes insist in making their hot dogs starch red. I mean red like traffic lights. No doubt they produce this color either through black-market chemicals or black magic. They have the world's oldest national flag, Dannebrogen, but its red color reminds you of the hot dogs and dims some of its lustre. Denmark is the home of Hamlet and Beowulf, the latter being the oldest story written in English, but one must not forget that they were in fact written in English, no doubt because Danish is so difficult to pronounce. In fact, because of the habit of swallowing the last part of each word, Danish babies learn to speak their own language later than all other bébés in the world.
Finally, and most atrociously: while Danish newspapers and even women's magazines have "page three girls" like in British newspapers, not a single one of them provides the model's phone number. Not even if you call the editor and ask. Or so I've heard.
Taking all this into account, we decided to retain the bulk of our forces in Sweden, more specifically in Stockholm where they are camping out near the old-timey Christmas market in the Old Town. There they can go on pony rides, feast on candy canes as well as meat from bear, boar, elk and reindeer, while guarding the market against Danes and other strange people. We are pleased to note that while our British opponents have swiftly occupied the Danish nation, they seem to have forgotten that there is a large landmass to the northeast of said country/archipelago, and one can only assume that they are now busy wrestling with the issue of how to feed an army with nothing but scary-looking red hot dogs.

Mille diabolo, someone with me joking Aprile? The titolo is falso. Basta! The rating, he is in fact twenty-one for the island, and seven for the question of honor. Which means il clan Atlantis, we have already won il duello. Urrà!

Well played Atlantis...and congrats on your #4 ranking. Now it's about seeing whether or not we can skim some points off your clan in these last games! Lol
