This will be a simple double's tournament. You will be play a best of 3: one on your map/settings, one on your opponents map/settings, and a neutral map/settings.

16 teams with the bracket being randomized.

The neutral map will be on Classic, escalating, sunny, chained. A 30 round limit will be enforced on all games. The 12 hour fog rule will not be enforced but recommended as a courtesy.
