Actually it was me asking, not IB..and what i'm getting at is the same point TWO mentioned earlier in D1 and brought up a few posts, you seemed surprised in D1 when MM revealed he knew who was in his faction, so you're either a leader or another 3rd party

forget whether it's 5v5 or 6v4 for a moment, you just said you don't know for sure the identities of 4 players (excluding the 3rd party claims), that makes me think you're more a leader than 3rd party, the question is whether your lead my faction or not, i don't know but I bet you do so i'll stop there i guess

To clarify, he seemed surprised that not everyone knew who else was in their factions.

Yeah, I'm not saying that I know everyone or lead anyone in my faction. It's just that in the case of the Lannisters, it's uncommon for me to see one person know the identity of another and that not be true reciprocally. Unless it's a one-way lover dynamic or something which I don't think it is.

Actually, on yet another read, I finally get what you were saying. I guess I read what I wanted to, the first couple of times. Sorry for the initial misreads, and bugger it all...there went my warm and fuzzy feeling for catching a slipup. :P

The activity is decent although fell of a bit the last 2 days. Do we want a small extension?
But... It was so artistically done.

I wouldn't mind an extension. I think Iron is playing the waiting game, hoping and praying that he doesn't get one more vote...
I also think kgb needs to follow through on his vote. I think the third parties answered his question, which is what was holding him from voting.

fair enough but i'm immediately unvoting regardless of whatever he claims so you can't infer which faction i belong to!

vote IB we're forever going to be stuck with 3 3rd party claims and no lynches if we don't push for faction claims

I am really starting to be tempted to ask Commander to mod kill those of you who are basically saying you won't vote to lynch anyone of a faction because you don't want to be exposed or you don't want to risk exposing your own faction (and this includes Neb). It's a game. Play it. It's really not fun to sit and watch the game go to no lynch day after day. There's already enough voting problems without these issues.

I don't get what you are singling me out for...I'm on the Iron vote...have been for about a week or so...maybe longer. I think KGB puts Iron at L-2...but I'd need a vote count from Commander to be sure...I think it's claim time, Iron.

1. Once he claims, who is going to hammer? It will put a target on those two additional voters that they are against Iron's side, and they will be taken down at night, or...
2. Those voting him that are on his side will unvote, thus preventing the lynch, or...
3. The third parties unvote, since we don't really want a lynch, we just want information, thus preventing a lynch.

And yes, I think there is someone on the Small Council in this game, who does not have to pick sides. A true third party.

I don't think Iron gets lynched today.

Come on IB, you've been under pressure for a while, the last box has been checked, claim time.

There has never been a case against me. At all. You want information??Then mass claim. If there are no bad guys and just factions then that seems to be what day time boils down to.

You bring this up now, not when I voted you way back when (I seem to remember been second on the wagon). I can smell the despair coming from you.

Yes I want information. Sadly, I've already claimed, which I believe was mostly your doing. It's time to return the favour.

At this point we almost have to consider a policy lynch if you don't. On the other hand, with people on your case spouting nonsense like this I certainly sympathize with your desire to not do so:

Isn't the default strategy here essentially a slow motion mass claim anyway? IE: We pick a person, force them to claim, then either decide we don't believe their claim and lynch them or decide we believe it and pick another person, repeat the next day.

Shocked. I'd like to hear what others think...because if Iron doesn't have to claim, nobody has to claim this game...and that will be a lot of fun (sarcasm).

Nothing I have read in the rules says I must claim if I do not wish to.

There has been no case on me other then the desire to know my faction, which is not a case. MM was forced to claim because his attitude was suspicious and he was not resistant at L2.

Neb seemed to desire a claim and did so as he has to pick a side to join and wanted others to know.

Me?? You guys got tired of third party roles and want some red meat to get things going. All claiming will do is put a bulls eye on my back.

Correct, accordingly you would lynched for refusing to do so, not mod-killed.
I don't think we can tolerate this anymore. No lynch Day 1 and nobody died Night 1, this game isn't going anywhere until somebody dies. Somebody needs to die. Lynching one of the claimed third parties is no longer feasible this Day. Your refusal to be coerced into claiming is unacceptable. And thus you must now be the one to die. Unvote Vote Iron Butterfly By my count this puts you at one vote away from being lynched. Last chance to try to avert it. Or you can try calling the bluff and see if that works out for.

Urgh...finally, a claim from a main faction. Now instead of complaining about being a target for tonight, now perhaps give a reason for the Lannisters to join the loyalists. As we saw...Stannis is weakened, so the rebels might be on the back foot. Even with your claim, I can protect you tonight, should I so desire.

Join us because we have cool armor buxom wenches and you will get a personalized coffee mug.

What am I suppose to tell you? I have no information to bargain with. Its not like i know who is who or how many we are up against. I have no idea of what other third or fourth parties exist. I am not the leader of the faction.

You will do what is in your best interest NOT my opinion of what is in your best interest in joining the loyalists.

As I said earlier we may as well all mass claim as that is what the game has seemed to boil down to. I was hoping to make it till tonight as I believe we will all have a better understanding of where the factions stand after a night of actions.

The neutrals have nothing to lose pressuring for claims while I am highly suspect of those who jumped on the band wagon.

You can start by taking me down to L2 from L1.
