i know plenty of people from univertitys,
i will not say they are the smartest,
and i wouldnt say people from vietnam, or portugal or.... are more intelligent
the education system is also very different in many countrys
u can find intelligent people in any society

This may be true of today, but back in 1939 Poland was #1 at scheduling a meeting with multiple attendees with conflicting schedules What's more, that meeting ended up solving a lot of problems at the time
