Re: HA's 200th Tourney (Round 32)
If I'm doing my math right, I saw at least 54 games, which means that there are still at least twice as many spots open as there are spots that can be filled by 18 players EVEN IF all the players play all possible games, which hasn't been the case.
I'll say again that I think that this is way too many games, and it's taking a little bit of the fun out of this tournament. With that many games, you can go try to join games, but it's going to be hard to get those to fill. This will leave players in a scramble at the end of the round to drop games and try to pick up other games that might have more of a chance of filling (unless those players have psychic powers and make the correct predictions from the full board of games).
I'd rather have less map options but more likelihood that the games I enter will actually be played by somebody. Having this much choice is going to increase the chances that lots of players will be at the end of the round and having to find another player to play against because their game didn't fill and most people already won a game and probably aren't checking back in on the games.
I think you could cut down the open slots down to even with the number of slots fillable or a little bit above that (maybe 1.3x). But twice as many is way too much.

Re: HA's 200th Tourney (Round 32)
Round 32 is concluded, only one game ongoing which does not matter about advancing to Round 33.
16 Players advanced, 2 eliminated (reanimatedlevo and hiitsmestevie1).
Congrats to them for coming so far in the tourney.

Re: HA's 200th Tourney (Round 32)
Might wanna resend that PM, MC.
All Your Base, foggy, chained, escalating. Please.
Also, at this point, you could pretty much take map requests from anybody who wants to give them

Re: HA's 200th Tourney (Round 32)
Hive, Automatic, Standard, Escalating, Adjacent, Sunny please.
Also, please add total number of games a little more than theoretical number of games to play, maybe 1,25 more, which would be 30 instead of 24 for this round. Having the same number of games like maximal allowed means the ones who read pm several hours after you sent it will be left just a little choice of maps to join.

It's cool when data bear out a hypothesis
Looks like the earlier rounds didn't have the expected advancement rates due to deadbeats, folks dropping out of the tournament and MAYBE something that had to do with skill differential. But now we're sitting right around 87.5% which would be the expected rate of advancement.

Also, I'll reiterate the suggestion of keeping a somewhat limited number of games.
