Current Conqueror is inactive.

CC is going no where but downhill and it has been for a long time. That's not going to change because you got another new owner, who just wants a profit. At the end of the day he is not trying to make CC a better place. He is only trying to make money. Yes, that may cause CC to slow its decay rate but it won't save it. CC at this point has little chance of recovery.
