If I ran another tournament with a similar format as this, what would you change?

4-player instead of 3-player games, so there are less winners per map each round.

Vary game settings for each map, so more skill is required to win in all 8 maps.

Tiebreaker: Have tied players play more games, instead of counting game rounds.

Dice stats are irrelevant. If I roll the same amount of 6's as everyone else, but my opponents role 6's at the same time, that's what matters, what's rolled opposite my dice. How about how many total guys I've won and lost while attacking?
