Hey guys, are there any AoM buffs out there who can help me with a 1v1 game strategy. Since it is a tournament, please PM me so we can discuss in private (so my opponent doesn't see )

Oh hi there, person that just defeated me in aforementioned tournament. Not sure if you want my advice, but you should study BBS's past games, to see what he does under certain conditions, and adapt accordingly.

The easiest way to quickly accumulate a bonus is by taking the Pirate Cove and keeping hold of as many ports as possible. Also, ports are key regions to hold to get around the map, obviously. It's worth noting that ports attack docks, but not vice versa.

Apart from that, use the legend to link up little bonuses and take control of an island. Pirate Cove is the best option, but you'll have to keep it well defended.
