Remember, this is not the end of the competition, but only the end of the beginning. Manbungalow will be given a clear shot in the foundry, as per foundry guidelines, all advice must now be taken into account and followed unless a reasonable rebuttal by the map maker of a cartographer can be given.
Good luck in the foundry ManB. Best of luck and congrats to you.
The other maps where produced by:

Map 3 - dakky21
- Ahoy fellow map makers,
Allow me to introduce the main event.
- The one you have all been waiting for.
- Welcome to the making of the Great Community Map.
What does this mean for you? It means you get the chance to flex some creative muscle and show off your competitive side! (Isn't that something?). Have we grabbed your interest over the last two months? Are you waiting patiently for your chance to be the artist behind the next Classic map? Well, now it is my turn to sit back and your turn to have some fun.
Criteria as voted for by the playing masses. These must be kept to.
Any map not doing so runs the risk of being disqualified. Fantasy can have a broad interpretation so some leeway will be given here.

- The Mod squad. This includes all current moderators.(30%)
I kindly ask everyone to preserve the spirit of the competition, so please don't turn it into a popularity contest! We want the best map.

Note: The winning map will have a dedicated topic in the Main Foundry and it will be uploaded only after a public review. From this moment the map will be considered like any other map in the Foundry System, in terms of standards and requirements. The cartography staff will endeavour to ensure a smooth passage through the foundry system by giving all help needed.
That's all, good luck to everyone
FAQ
high fantasy overview
High fantasy (also referred to as epic fantasy) is a sub-genre of fantasy fiction, defined either by its taking place in an imaginary world distinct from our own or by the epic stature of its characters, themes and plot. Quintessential works of high fantasy, such as The Hobbit, The Lord of the Rings and The Worm Ouroboros, have both of these attributes. Accordingly, works where the fantasy world impinges on our world, or where the characters are concerned only with adventure or personal goals (as in sword and sorcery fiction) are less likely to be classed as high fantasy.
small print
During the course of the competition and or the foundry public review, if the winning map becomes recycled binned (as per normal foundry rules), that map will no longer be considered a winning map. All prizes apart from the GA medal will not get awarded.
The second place map will be allowed to continue in the foundry and be awarded all prizes as if it had won, followed by third place and so on.
The cartographers will give all reasonable help.
Any map disqualified for not following criteria will be allowed to make any changes needed before the deadline, not after.
If you feel your map will be better served if accompanied by a short text, then submit with the map.
