wrongly accused of multi

this was a long time ago but i want to use that username, but i can't play games with it.
i think the other multis are from uk but im from mexico so...
i received this message:

Hello ashradar and conquest and los and Conqueror,

Your activity on Conquer Club has aroused suspicion and triggered an investigation by a staff member. It has been determined that the above are most likely duplicate accounts, in violation of Rule #1 of Conquer Club (i.e. no multiple accounts).

Multiple accounts pose a big problem for multiplayer games -- duplicate accounts are usually created to get around the maximum number of simultaneous games limit, or to dominate a game with multiple accounts. It is not only annoying to other players, but the excessive use of server resources is unfair to everyone.

Comparing the billing information is the only reliable way to verify uniqueness of an account. It also greatly reduces the risk of someone creating several accounts for themselves.

If you have Free Membership:
We've limited your ability to play new games and post to the forum. The only way to remove this limitation is to upgrade to Premium Membership. Our Premium Membership fee shouldn't be too much for something you can enjoy every day. Plus, you'll be supporting the development of new features and continuous improvements to the website.

If you have Premium Membership:
We've blocked you from playing games with the members mentioned above. If you believe you have been wrongly accused in this case, please contact us and this block may be removed if those members have distinct billing information.

I'm not sure what your problem is. The DareDevil account has never been busted and you have been playing fine for at least the past month.

i was conqueror, but someone accused me of bring multi with ashradar , conquest and los, so i had to stop playing so i made another account, but i want my past account, cuz i wasnt multi, and i like a lot that account

So you got busted for multiple accounts, made another account, but you're not happy with your current one and you want your old one back?

I don't get this. I just checked your busted account conqueor, your current account has more points. It doesn't make too much sense to me

You weren't busted, you were only accused. There's a major difference.

You should've appealed back then if you wanted to keep that account, NOT made another account. :evil:

Well you are now!! You should've appealed back then if you wanted to keep that account, NOT made another account.

i appealed but noone answered, anyway if i wanted to appeal i would need to make another account cuz they blocked acces to the forums and to games
