Iliad wrote:Siomtom you do realise soon you will only be able to play with noobs who don't know who you are? You are on so many ignore lists right now.

And the bad thing you haven't even apologized or anything for what you did. You seriously should feel ashamed.

Get over it. It happened maybe a year ago, one guy buying premium, joined a shitload of games because he felt that all his games moved to slow. With a 100+ games he burned out (but as Neil Young wrote, "better to burn out than fade away"), had to stop playing resulting in a 100+ games where he went deadbeat. Too bad, but not as big of a disaster as people made it out to be.

Same thing here. Get over it. Simtom seems to be a reasonable guy, decent player. Why don't ya'll take this bs into the flame forum?

But, this is showing why this stupid list was a bad idea to begin with. For the past 10-12 pages, there are posts all over where people go after simtom. People, he is one player, one individual. Get over it. Or go to the flame forum if you feel so strongly about it.

EDIT: Oh. And yes, simtom is on my ignore list. But, that's merely because of his low score. I keep all really low score players on my ignore list, no sense loosing 100 points to one of them... :D But once he's back over 1.000, I'll drop it.

Nope. Sorry, not over it yet. But when I do get over it I'll be sure to let you know.

There's been no contrition which is a requirement for my forgiveness.

But thanks for sharing your opinion.
Cheers,

Simtom is actually Lack. It all makes sense now. "Simtom" didn't have to pay for premium since he is Lack. Lack created Simtom because he knew if there wasn't a mass amount of deadbeat games then the ham sandwhiches would take over the world. I finally figured it out. What do I win?

I disagree with that. When the other guy (his name evades me right now- some string of letters and numbers) deadbeated all of those games there was no point cap in place. So he could have potentially done exactly what simtom did- gotten down to 1 point, then could win a single game and end up with 120,000 points without batting an eye. THAT was the reason for concern and it was a fairly big disaster.

Similarly in this case, if simtom had gotten as low as he did before lack patched the problem he could have gotten a negative score and caused all kinds of problems in future games. In addition to that both deadbeated many many games which negatively affects all other players in those games.

I would agree that all of the threads about simtom were unnecessary, but the concern and criticism I think is valid.

Oh, and now simtom is acting like he doesn't care that he's on people's ignore lists but I got a message from another player in game chat saying that simtom requested I remove him from my ignore list. If you prove you are a legitimate player and can contribute something positive to the community I might just do that!

Sorry, but I just wanted to clear up any confusion. I am not leaving CC because of any comments about or to me about the CSIL. I am REALLY busy with finals and that stuff.

I received a PM requesting the permission to continue use on this CSIL and I gave said permission to that person.

I will pop on every once in a while to check up on things and maybe grab a RT or two, but for the most part I won't be around. Good luck in all your games everyone!

That's true. Had forgot about that point system amendment. Well, it would have been a brilliant coup had that been done though.

All in all though. I'm not a member of simtom's fan club, but I think people have been too aggressive in the forums. It's not great, but I don't think simtom deserves this kind of attention. I find it to be bullying and that CC would be a better place if some people just realxed a little bit and focused more on their games than on others.
