I am predicting Left-Wing terrorists.

U.S. Right-Wing terrorists are more specific in targeting federal facilities and courts (e.g. Oklahoma City). Recent attempts by Left-Wing terrorists have been somewhat more random (i.e. Occupy Wall Street Cleveland bridge bombing in 2012). However, my second choice is Right-Wing terrorists since today is Income Tax deadline day. Third choice is Other Foreign terrorists (Libyan resistance) as today is the anniversary of Operation El Dorado Canyon according to Wikipedia ... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/April_15. Fourth choice is Islamic terrorists.

I'd be surprised if any left-wing or right-wing domestic group did this. The target is very much in the "innocent civilian" category--completely unrelated to the US government and 'big business', and the shock value would seem... counter-productive for their cause. If it is a LW or RW group, then I'll guess that it's a lone wolf terrorist.

But I want to say the bombing is due to an individual/group's reaction to US foreign policy, so if I had to guess, then it's some Islamic/Hate the US Government terrorist org.
