Imo it doesn't matter if you are 2000+ or not, rank doesn't mean everything.

There are no specific rules.
Kort and Tofu members organize some team games here, it´s up to the members if they want to accept a challenge or not. You can post what you would like to play, if there are enough of us, the game will be played, otherwise it won´t happen. More usual is it vice versa, we announce what we would like to play, then we check if there are any takers.
