this tournament will be based on the basketball game lightning

Rules
The rules are simple, you start off in the line, the first two people in line get a ball, person 1 has to make it before person 2 or hes out.

So, in this tournament you will play 1v1 games, if the person behind you in the line makes it before you do, your out, if you make it before the person your in and you go to the back of the line and it goes in this cycle till there is a winner.

There will be one 1v1 game at a time (for example, player 1 goes against player 2) if player 2 wins the game, player one is out, if player 1 wins the game, he moves one and player 2 has to play player 3, it goes on like that till everyone is out.
Free players can play!
There will be only one game going on at a time so free players can play

automatic
freestyle (both players shoot at the same time in lighting)
Escalating (as the round goes on the players get tired)
unlimited (you get as many shots as you need to score)
No round limit
no trench
no fog

I know there will be questions, because you guys might not know how to play lighting and I do and i probably didnt do a good job explaining it.

Ok, a couple of things.

1. I know the game you are describing and have never heard it called lighting. Maybe you mean lightning. It's also called knockout or gotcha.
2. You aren't out if the person behind you makes the ball, it's only if they make it before you do. So...
3. How do you determine if someone makes it before you?
4. You need to list all of the settings. That includes whether or not trench and fog will be used.
