I am from Greece and one of my favourite maps is Peloponnesian War. So I have chosen this map for my first tournament!
It will be a Terminator tournament with 32 Premium Members plus 2-3 reserves. I will divide them to 4 groups with 8 players each using random.org
Round 1
Each player will play 8 8-player games.
Settings:
Terminator
Manual (good for medal hunters)
Sequential
Unlimited
No Trench
24h
30 rounds limit
The other settings will be different for each game
Game 1: Esc , Fog
Game 2: Flat Rate, Fog
Game 3: Nuclear, Fog
Game 4: No spoils , Fog
Game 5: Esc , No Fog
Game 6: Flat Rate, No Fog
Game 7: Nuclear, No Fog
Game 8: No spoils , No Fog
Each kill gives 1 point and the winner of each game takes 1 point too.
The 3 players with most points of each group qualify (12 players). 4 players with the most points of the remaining 20 also qualify to next round.
Ties will be solved with a tie-breaker game with the players that have the same points.
Tie-breaker settings: Standard,Manual,Sequential,Escalating,Unlimited,Fog,No Trench,30 rounds limit
Round 2
16 players will make 2 groups based on their round 1 standings (Players with the same points will sorted alphabetically)
Group 1 : 1,4,5,8,9,12,13,16
Group 2 : 2,3,6,7,10,11,14,15
Players will carry their previous points.
Each player will play 8 8-player games with settings same as the first round.
Each kill gives 2 points and the winner of each game takes 2 points too.
The 3 players with most points of each group qualify (6 players). 2 players with the most points of the remaining 10 also qualify to the Final.
Ties will be solved with a tie-breaker game with the players that have the same points. Settings as above.
Final
The 8 qualified players will play 8 8-player games with settings same as the first round.
Players will carry their previous points.
Each kill gives 4 points and the winner of each game takes 4 points too.
The player with the most points will be the winner!!
