ScootChina has vanished from CC again. Normally when someone drops out I just reinstate the person eliminated in their game, but stumeister69 has lost premium and also been dropped from that game, so I'm activating reserve [player]chidone[/player].

Eawilder1020 has missed three invites and has to be removed. Activating reserve aalii. I don't normally use a reserve this late in the tournament. The normal pattern has been to resurrect the player eliminated in the missing player's last game. However, in this case that was PonyGal who is permabanned, so we will resort to this unusual step.
