All games are intra-divisional. I set up the divisions from order of joining the tourney: 1-10; 11-20 - seemed random enough.Top 3 divisional players advance to playoffs. Playoff map to be Poland throughout. Trivial note: WW1 Ottoman not really a WW2 map. Someone can come up with some connection to WW2, I am sure.

All players accounted for. Voting resulted in Poland as the most popular map. Therefore, the playoff map will be Poland. All playoffs are best of 3. Poland is a good playoff map because players have similar starting points which negates a bad drop.
There are 9 WW2 maps, so I thought it would be a good idea to set up a war tourney.

Settings: automatic distribution, escalating, fog, chained, sequential, no trench. 20 round limit.
Format:
Players will play each map 1 v 1 against opponents grouped within their 10 player division. The divisions will be composed of ten players. (Players will only play against those within their own division. Divisional groups will be randomly arranged.) Each player will play 18 games on each one of the WW2 maps - effectively 9 homes and 9 aways. There will be playoffs to determine a divisional winner who will play the other divisional winner for the tournament championship.
The tourney championship will be played on the most popular WW2 map - players please tell me your favourite WW2 map when you join.
Playoffs:
The top three players in a division will advance to the playoffs. (total wins) Tiebreaker will be, firstly, head-to-head advantage and, secondly, fewest rounds played. Players finishing 2 and 3 in the division will play a 1 vs 1 best of 3 playoff for the right to play the player finishing first in the division. That winner will play the other divisional winner for tourney championship. All playoffs will be played on the most popular WW2 map. All playoffs to be best of 3.
Notes: only premiums can join as there will 18 games to be played. Game invites not accepted will count as a win for the opponent and a loss for the player who missed the invite. 48 hours for invites.
