It was working fine on chrome and firefox, but recently I am not sure when I have been unable to see it. I have uninstalled the extension from chrome and re-downloaded it and re-installed it. Before you say reboot your machine I have powered up and down numerous times. It's been missing for awhile now.
It's weird I cant see it in firefox as I wouldve assumed it would work there first before chrome.

I don't know a lot about Chrome yet, so let's talk Firefox. Does BOB show up on the User Scripts tab on the Add-ons Manager page? If not, simply reinstall BOB.

Oh well I reinstalled in firefox and it works now - I will dabble with chrome try reinstalling it again. thks

Sorted it out now - got a new machine and installed the wrong ver of bob i.e a really old version on chrome. Got the latest and its working. Maybe I installed a really old ver with firefox too either way my silly mistake.
