This sounds like fun.
I would like to play as the Montreal Canadians.
Map: Pearl Harbor, no spoils, chained reinforcements, please.
Thanks!

4 spots left plus reserved. Reminder that fog is NOT an option. All games must be well lit for the crowd and TV audience.

Enter, someone else was already Edmonton. Rather than place you with a rival in the same conference, I put you in as Tampa Bay.
Anyone who had no preference has now been placed.
Everyone else, the tournament is FULL and invites will go out when I have privileges. Still accepting spots as reserves though, there's a chance you may be needed.

Re: TQO's NHL 2012-2013: 1 v 1 - [FULL]
Notice: You may note that you have been getting games from "the future".
I have changed the format for ease on myself, to attempt to send out one calendar day's games once each day. This better approximates the flow of the schedule, and keeps things easy for me in recording results. It also helps with the "horserace" aspect of the standings, rather than lumping all games together.
About once per week, I'll "double-up" with games. So in every 7 day timespan, you will receive 8 schedule days worth of games.
This means that the last NHL scheduled gameday of April 27th will actually be sent about 2 weeks prior to that. As our CC games will tame time to finish, we will probably be able to start the CC playoffs at the same time as the real NHL playoffs rounds are taking place.

Thanks to slats789 for the idea, I have placed a new tab into the "standings" spreadsheet which shows you your win-loss record on your home map and on your away map to compare how well you are doing relative to others.

When will the standings be updated?

Re: TQO's NHL 2012-2013: 1 v 1 - [FULL]
I was away for the weekend and am still catching up on some business. My task last night was to automate the standings to avoid duplicating my work. Tonight I plan to update them again.
The standings are now updated to current, and I'll keep updating regularly as before.

We're into the home stretch. The invites just went out for the April 1 games. Approximately 1/4 of games left to go. All points are meaningful in the playoff races.

Updated. Check post #2 for the continuously-updated standings.
Regular season invites should finish up mid-week.
9 teams are already playoff-bound. Which 7 will join them, and what will the first round matchups look like? Stay tuned and take those turns!

Re: TQO's NHL 2012-2013: 1 v 1 - [FULL]
Update: the final games of the regular season have now been sent. Check the standings in Post #2 to see your progress. In the third tab (schedule) you can find the list of games and their numbers.
You are welcome to confirm whether the winner of your game is correct or not, and view any remaining games to give you an approximation of when the season will finish.
Playoff rounds to commence as soon as the regular season is complete (or if the last few games won't affect the standings at all, we can start at that time).
Cheers,
-TQO

All series in the first round of the playoffs have been decided.
Invites are out for the first 4 games of the 2nd round (Conference Semifinals). More games to be added as needed. Good luck to the 8 remaining combatants!

So who all is left? Is there a bracket and I just can't find it?

There is a bracket. If you go to the 2nd post in this tourament, there's a link to the excel sheet.
In the excel sheet, you have:
Tab 1: standings
Tab 2: home and away records
Tab 3: regular season schedule
Tab 4: playoff series
All the playoff info you need should be in the 4th tab.
