I'm not 100% sure how I'll do that, but I think I'll go with a little bit of both, in the sense that if there will be groups with only high ranked players or groups with only low ranked players I'll try to mix them up a bit. But that doesn't mean that a colonel will be playing with privates only.

Pls dont put all the high-rankers together at the start, I was in a tourney like that. It is not a good idea. I think an even mix, e.g. 1 of each rank is fairer
