updating Week 1 results tonight ... conference games for Big Sky and Ivy are up...getting to the nonleague matchups tonight.
Also hoping to send Week 2 games by the weekend. I'll get into the flow of this tourney soon. Trying to figure out the schedule with what appears to be some week one deadbeats.

week one boxscores are updated...most are finals...I'll be reworking games for those who had a deadbeat on the other end.

Montana State Bobcats under coach agentcom appear to be off to a 2-0 start. Agentcom, who last year coached the Clemson Tigers, has come to Bozeman "to enjoy the scenery and take a little break from the stresses" of coaching in a major D1, 1A conference.

The Bobcats began their season on the road against North Dakota State. The game started to controversy as the Bison remained in the locker room until well after the scheduled start time. Racing out onto the field with their hands team, the Bison attempted a quick onside kick before the Bobcats had time to adjust. [The guy waited 3 days to join the game and then played immediately.] "I realize there's no rule against what happened, but that was just poor form," agentcom said after the game.

Despite the trickery, Montana State took an early 10-0 lead and added 9 more points in the second half heading into the lockerroom up 19-7. The Bison came out strong in the second half, posting 2 touchdowns before the Bobcats could respond. But the Bobcats pulled ahead with a fourth quarter touchdown as each team added a pair of field goals to reach a final score of 32-27.

Montana State is back home this week where the game is in the fourth quarter. Hosting Yale, Montana State took an early 14-3 lead and never looked back. The score is currently 41-6 going into the fourth quarter.

Standings are updated...Elon squeezes out a 24-22 win over Southern to knock off the final unbeaten team.

My regrets to all involved in this CC event, but I must absolve myself from this website. My marriage has collapsed and my addiction to sites such as this one has played a sizable factor in that. I post this message with a hole ripping through my heart. Please take care to make your relationships a priority, so that games such as this don't suck time away from those closest to you. Many can manage to keep those things in a healthy balance. I cannot. I failed in attempts previous to this, and now have decided to leave the site (and others) permanently, although I regret I may be too late to repair the damage done to my marriage.
