Ya know, it should be against the TOS for high ranking officers to sign up with anyone lower than a SGT on speed games.

The OPs game chat is hilarious when higher ranks join!

CC has not ever entertained the idea of restricting ranks from joining games. Typically it involves lower ranks joining games created by higher ranks, but I'm going to guess it will apply here too.
