I recently bought "Dungeons of Dredmor" and 2 of its expansion packs on Steam for $2.20, so I've been casually playing it.

It is a decently fun dungeon crawler...definitely worth at least the price I paid for it.

I cant really believe all the love for Red Dead here.. That game was boring! And I've been a huge fan of the grand theft auto series since GTA3.

Anyway I've been playing Dark Souls which I highly recommend to anyway who was the means to play it. Which in a few months will include PCs too along with the 360 and ps3 ^_^

Lone Survivor is really fun. Buy it in one of those Indie Bundles.

Unfortunately one of the indie bundles (the Humble Indie Bundle) has ended, but there will be some good games in the next no doubt.

Found my old Super Nintendo. It still works. Played some levels on Donkey Kong Country. Insanely enough it's still as fun as it was 15 years ago! Love that game!!

There is nothing insane about that, the DKC games were well made. IF only DKCR had the same quality to it.

And I just got back into playing Star Wars: The Old Republic now that they'll let you transfer out of dead servers.

It is pretty darn hard. I remember years ago I set down for a month or so playing it off and on, and it took me quite a number of tries to beat it, through incremental repetition. Basically up until that point, I don't think I had ever beat it. I don't think I ever beat it on Hard either.

A new Humble Bundle. I'll be playing the games probably on my laptop, but lots of platforms supported. I've been thinking of purchasing Machinarium for a while, since I've heard a lot about it, so I figured the bundle was at least worth that game. And a few others look good too.

I really enjoy this game but I find it can be a little monotonous at times.

I suppose it depends on who you play. I pretty much only play Italy because I find it challenging and fun to play a land/sea/air type of game. And while it's easy to beat up on Yugoslavia and Greece, fighting the Brits in the Meditarranean and the Soviets in the south are super hard.

My next step is Japan, then Germany, then the Soviets.

I almost always play the soviets. It plays the most successfully to my megalomania.

I haven't played the Soviets in III. I found them way too easy in II (same with the US).

I really want to play Japan.

Japan is fun but frustrating to play. Mainly because you end up running out of manpower and or fuel.
