Baseball [Abandoned]
Updated to shorten length: though its still long. Updates in bold
This tourney will take awhile, sign up only if you are in for the long haul. If you do not follow sign up requirements I will not accept your team, so please read through all rules.
Settings for all maps will be chained, escalating, sunny, no trench
You will be playing 1 ball game at a time with 6 batters at a time for each team = 12 games at a time you will receive
98 percent attendance rating
Preemium only
Pick your baseball team - Not already chosen
You must list your 9 maps - see example below

You will be divided into 4 divisions of 4 teams each, randomized my random.org
You will play each team in your division 2 times, and 2 random teams from any division (not your own) decided by random.org, for a total of 8 games.
Games will be 6 innings. You will bat through your lineup like a normal game, requiring 3 outs each inning.
The top team from each division will advance to a playoffs, plus 1 wild card team from each league. Ties will be broken with a 1 game playoff just like the real MLB(6 teams total)
Playoffs:
The wild card team will play the division winner with the worst record in a best of 1 game (NLDS/ALDS). The division winner with the best record will have a bye.
2nd round will include winner of LDS vs. division winner with the best record in a best of 3 games. (NLCS/ALCS)
World Series will be winners of the LCS in a best of 3 games.
There is also a 10 run rule in effect, otherwise games could take forever.

What round you win in will determine what happens.

Round 1-4 = HR
Round 5 = Triple
Round 6 = Double (Runner on first scores)
Round 7 = Double (Runner on first does not score)

Dice stats are irrelevant. If I roll the same amount of 6's as everyone else, but my opponents role 6's at the same time, that's what matters, what's rolled opposite my dice. How about how many total guys I've won and lost while attacking?

You will play each team in your division 3 times, and each team in the other division in your league (National or American) 1 time, for a total of 12 games.
I think that is 13 games, not 12. Other than that, the tournament looks fine.

You are correct! I forget the extra division would be 4 games, not 3. Thanks!

I'm glad you are the one to keep track of all this; it looks complicated but fun. I'll join with the Jays. (I don't have 98% because I was forced to quit CC and drop over 100 games a little while ago missing 300+ turns; I haven't yet been able to gain that all back.)

I was FORCED because I was driving for a trucking company and internet usage was sparse for me. I'm at a 97% and that is pretty damn close. My last 1% has already taken me a year of solid turn attendance so it's not like I just decide to quit here and there like your parentheses imply.

Re: Baseball (4/16 teams)
UPDATE:
A few changes since this tourney is so long and in depth and I realized the winner would play around 900 CC games, which is a lot!
6 innings games instead of 9 innings.
Also round robin twice in your division instead of three times, and 2 random opponents from any league decided by random.org for a total of 8 games instead of 13.
Playoffs will be Best of 1, Best of 3, Best of 3 as well.
If anyone objects to these changes please PM me personally.
Thanks -AA
A few changes since this tourney is so long and in depth and I realized the winner would play around 900 CC games, which is a lot!
6 innings games instead of 9 innings.
Also round robin twice in your division instead of three times, and 2 random opponents from any league decided by random.org for a total of 8 games instead of 13.
Playoffs will be Best of 1, Best of 3, Best of 3 as well.
If anyone objects to these changes please PM me personally.
Thanks -AA
Dice stats are irrelevant. If I roll the same amount of 6's as everyone else, but my opponents role 6's at the same time, that's what matters, what's rolled opposite my dice. How about how many total guys I've won and lost while attacking?

Re: Baseball (4/16 teams)
This will stay as singles as that's what I've heard back from people.
To clarify, games would not have become triples, they still would have been singles. You just would not be all 9 batters.
