There will be three rounds. round 1 will be you sneaking out of your homeland and onto the boat. round two will be you not getting caught by immigration and being deported. The winner of the final round and the tournament will become a citizen.
Round one: 36 players broken up in 6 games. Will you be the lucky one to get out of your home land?
the players will be chosen randomly for 6 maps. The final two in each game will advance.
Round one maps
Round 2: 12 players broken up into 2 games. will you get caught by immigration and deported back to your homeland?
The players will be chosen randomly for 2 maps. The final 3 in each game will advance.
Round two maps
The Final round: 6 players on one map. The winner of the final round will gain citizenship.

True that Serreski. for some reason there are people that sneak in to this country. I guess the ones that live in communist countries or uber poor countries sneak into the united states to make a better living for their families. If I lived in one of those countries I would probably do the same.
