We have just got word that Sully will be on the move sometime in the next couple of days. We have information that he has procured a fake passport and other related ID's. He may be attempting to leave the country, and he may also use a new alias to evade capture!

For the record, my question was valid.
I asked if he was in a state that ends with the letter A. That is a yes or no question.
Yes states:
North Dakota
South Dakota
Nebraska
Minnesota
Iowa
Indiana
Pennsylvania
West Virginia
No states:
Kansas
Missouri
Michigan
Illinois
Ohio
Kentucky
That would have split the field roughly in half instead of throwing darts at the map.

90 eventually turns into 94, but instead of that, use West Irving Park Rd. (aka Route 19) for our imaginary line. Please see picture.
