Evil Semp has fled to an outpost on "official Multi Hunter business", but our intel says he's up to something. Find him. All we have is this picture of where he's supposedly residing:

http://www.theus50.com/licenses-state.php Theres a list of all the state license plates. Still very confident thats a PA license plate, I encourage the next guesser to split PA in half or something.

i say it is a better match then the one you put up. if you zoom in closely to the truck you can see it look less like a line of white and more like a circle (the area on mine without letters in the middle)
