Either is correct. I chose to go with unpassable!

edit from PM\\ well, eum. it looks like the land is more 3d and the see is more flat

yes, wisse....the sea can be very flat inside the great barrier reef....the reef is quite large enough to stop the very large waves that roll in from the sea, and indeed gives it a very flat appearance. I dont really sea anything incorrect in this unless you simply don't like the texture of the water.

I like it the way it is, and so do many others i beleive as there have been no suggestions to change it.
but if anyone else have any objection to the sea in its current form?

Hulmey, thanks for dropping in and your feedback...the theme is mostly centred simply around the what the areas produce or are known for.
but its a solid map...Good graphics and lots to fight for with good structure!!
Yes this is the biuggest plus for this region...its geographic layout, which is why i thought it would make an excellent map.
Congrats and as they in aussie land..Good 'ay mate :)

polls are useless for those discussions to many people vote without looking
and i don't mind if there aren't more players who think this way, it isn't a huge issue ;)

the sea has been discussed several times and people agreed it works just fine.

Thanks for the bananas, but they kind of ruin the flow of this page on the thread, so maybe you can remove them, as I've had my fill. ;)

What's the latest update on this map? What is still being worked on, if anything?

Andy...I'll have Gozar remove it...LOL.
As to the map, there was 1 call for a change on the sea, but that was placated. I think people are waiting for it to be "bumped", I have no plans for any enhancements and there is no work being done on it. Thanks.

Lets give the map the old once over then. Same drill as always, supply:

Large image of the map with coordinates centralized.

Small image " " " " " "

Normal images of both the large and small (along with text links to their locations).

Link to the XML.

Small Map - 80 Quality gives good file size.

And as there has been discussion, here are the images at 90 quality below, Andy you can decided which ones u want.

If you want the png file, i'm happy to supply, but I think it is crazy asking people to download a png file to play the game. Both of these png files come in at 1.3 Mb and 1.9 Mb respectively.
 :)

i usually use 90 it is more than double the size of 80 but it is still 3 times smaller than 100 and for some reason on 80 i get some glitches on real photographic textures. but if standard textures are used yes 80 is best.

i know this is a useless post but before i started using 90 quality i actually had 10 people analyze 3 pics 70-80-90 to decide if the quality changes are visible. 5 people analyzed the pics on a crt and 5 on a tft. the most obvious quality changes were on the tft screen. anyway all pointed to 90 :)
