I like this map a lot. I even convinced my wife to play a doubles game with me on it. That's pretty tough to do.

really don't enjoy this map. most likely due to my overall less than good dice on it. but how and ever, my question is, is there a set in feature that on the drop a player will never hold a whole continent? seems that way to me but just curious to confirm.

There is no "set in feature" that stops that from happening. It's just with the size of the continents on this map, and the way the game engine randomly distributes territories, there is a minuscule chance someone can drop one of the smaller bonuses...less than 1% in 2 and 3 player games, and even smaller in larger games.

There are a few starting positions that keep the smaller bonuses from being dropped but they only work in 2-3 player games.
