It's WIFOM, but I agree. Mind you, I did not investigate Hensow because I was afraid of losing the investigation in case Yomiel sent him the commuter gift a 3rd time. Not sure who Tails stole it from, but my money is on Hensow.
That said, with commuter and busdriver both dead, investigating him should be a safe move now (hoping the 19th item is catalogued by tomorrow and we can confirm/deny whether investigation tampering is a possibility).
Sorry I havent been active of late but stuck in a world of crap but I find this case pretty interesting.

Since i have been rather inactive at parts, reading but not participating as best I can I cant complain about me being targetted but I am not scum. Youll find that out when I get lynched but check on Rodion in that move and know mafia can control gifts.

It's not like me hiding behind you (or anyone else) clears said person. All I had to do was pick someone I didn't think would die. This is actually the 4th game I have such powers (the other 3: 1 town hider, 1 survivor busdriver and 1 mafia busdriver - all with the same logic of "do not hide/swap behind/with someone that is about to die) and I've never gotten accidentally killed. I would never hope my hiding prowess to be questioned.

Unless I'm mistaken we have 4 gifts un-acounted for. Which means people are lying or some people didnt send any gifts. Nobody has claimed vig, doublevote, doubler, or the mystery gift.
A cop find is a cop find. If he had been busdriven, it would already be accounted for. It doesn't matter what he gifts, he's still scum. That's the end of it.

But he wasn’t planning on going down like this, Djfireside took his gift and opened it, it was a patch, he took this patch and added it to his bag and two more patches appeared, he added those and two became four. Sewing and sewing, four became eight; eight became sixteen, and so on along a binary pattern.
Finally the bag was large enough to use to fly away; he caught the wind and parachuted off, thousands of magically appearing patches cascading out of the bag as he floated safely from danger.
This in turn caused the BulkGift store to put a hit out on him for violating the terms of the user agreement, the patches were cleaned up and Djfireside wouldn’t be showing his face again any time soon.

As with last time, gifts given had no bearing on alignment, both were random. The kill gift really did make the mafia quite powerful, but town had quite a few potential saves, bulletproof, doc, and potentially roleblock, these could all have been doubled, this coupled with the two cop investigations had the potential to make the whole chain fall apart when pieced together.
I'm probably going to be killed, so I just want to point out that I TOLD YOU WE SHOULD HAVE KILLED CAMPIN. Sucks that you all turned on me so easily, especially you Rodion. I know you hate me, but you are messing with your own win condition just to get me out. Not cool.
