I heard back from Razorvich for AKA. :)
I'll be sitting down tonight to put together the seeding bracket (and prediction bracket if anyone is interested in doing that over the short break).

Sorry for the delay. I looked at this a few days ago and felt that it was impossible to rank clans on 1v1 ability. Thus, I did not reply. Go ahead and get the brackets out. Thanks.

All clans have until the 1st of Sept to Start their wars. Use this time to prepare vs your first opponents, start the thread, get privileges issued, planning etc.

All games should be sent by Sept 3rd

If two clans negotiate an earlier start, thats fine as long as both sides agree to it.

Thanks,

It was really close, you guys had a tighter range but overall they just gathered to many 1's.

Amendment to the Beta Rule: (will be PM'd to contacts in a bit)

Beta maps are not allowed. On Sept 1 (or the start of your wars, which comes first) I will amend the official list of Beta maps. This will be the only time the list is amended thru the event. Afterwards even if a map leaves beta, it cannot be included (unless it's negotiated in / approved by both clans in their individual war). Regular beta maps cannot be negotiated into wars (only those that have left beta after this event has started).

So far the only map I'm aware this rule affects is tribal war will be allowed.

Thanks,

Hi Ice, I think Woodboro does qualify under 'single-start' maps. Could it then be added to the list of unlimited-allowed maps?

Thank you!

Quick question: Lets say in our home set, we choose King's Court and I play on it. Then in your home set, one of your guys picks King's Court. Am I unable to join that game, or would the rule only apply if we had picked King's Court twice in our home set?

No problem, I can clear this up. It was covered in the original events rules thread (Page 8 )

Basically, the rule covers ONLY home map selections. So if you used Kings Court twice, you need TWO home map players. But if the other clan also selects two Kings Court as their home map, there is no restriction on your away map player (as long as they dont exceed the 4 max per player rule).

EXAMPLE:
Kings Court MD Home Bob
Kings Court MD Home Joe
Kings Court XX Home Bob (or Joe) can play again
Kings Court XX Home Bob (or Joe) can play this as well

As long as Bob and / or Joe does not exceed 4 max sets per person rule.

Hope that clears it up.

PM's have gone out to the last few clans who haven't started threads, just as a gentle reminder. Everyone looks like they'll be on schedule.

Good luck to all and thanks for participating :)
