There has always been a burning question is my head when it comes to CC. Who is the best moderator.
Well I asked that very question not so long back and it appears we have come to an inconclusive answer as 4 moderator claim that they are the best. The mods in question are sempaispellcheck, Evil Semp, thehippo8 & rdsrds2120.
So with your help they all aim to prove once and for all who is the best and become the (unofficial) Ultra Mod
How the tournament works is as follows. Each moderator starts with a team of 16 players. When you guys sign up to play just state who you are going to represent.
Round 1 & 2 of the tournament will be different for you depending on which moderator you are representing as in these first two rounds you compete against your own team of 16 in however your mod wants to test you. This will be all in writing once I get the info from the mods.
Once we get to Round 3 there will be 16 players left in the tournament with each moderator having 4 players left representing them. At this point the moderators play a game among themselves, the winner of that game decides the layout for Round 3 and which of their players will compete. At this point one player is eliminated from the tournament each round. After each round the mods will face off again with the winner choosing how the following round is played. This is the format for the rest of the tournament until only one mod has players left in which they are crowned the (unofficial) Ultra Mod
Once we have crowned the Ultra Mod if there are more than 1 player left in their team then these players must battle in out to be crowned tournament winner, again the moderator will decide the game format.
Once the ultra mod is crowned, if they have more than one players left in their team then they will play off in the final of the tournament on a random map in a terminator game to be crowned tournament winner.

Team Evil Semp Round 1 will be, four 4 player games, Seige, Flat Rate, Seq, Adjacent, Sunny with the winner and runner-up of each game advancing to Team Evil Semp Round 2

Team thehippo8 Round 1 with be played on the poker club map, 2v2 games, Auto, sequential, fog, flat rate, chained, 30 rounds. Not trench. The four winning teams will advance to Team thehippo8 Round 2

Team sempaispellcheck Round 1 - Players will be randomly divided into 4 groups of 4. One player from each group will advance to Round 3. Each group will play three assassin games on random map (manual, seq, esc, chained, fog, no trench, 20 round limit).
If each of a group's three Round 1 games is won by a different player, the three winners will advance to Team sempaospellcheck Round 2, where they will play one terminator game with the same settings. The winner of this game will advance to Round 3.
If one player wins two of his group's three Round 1 games and another player wins the third, those two players will avance to Round 2, where they will play a 1v1 game with the same settings. The winner of this game will advance to Round 3.
If one player wins all three of his group's Round 1 games, that player will advance directly to Round 3.
