Pretty sure I am not closing sign ups. Previous message clearly said "5 days left" (for sign ups).

I'm just telling those who are interested, they can start talking internally about where to seed other clans etc because after PM's and having the thread open for a month zero other clans have even expressed an interest.

That being said, "start discussing seeding if you want" and "closing sign ups" are not the same.

I think what he's asking is why you're closing sign-ups (in 5 days), a month before the wars start?

a week or fortnight for seedings etc is understandable, but a month?

Well the timeline explained it two pages back.
I've got to allow for time to have clans rank / seed the rest, compile it, create the bracket and predictions area, inform clans of their opponent and allow for some time for them to plan the game vs first opponent.
Sure there is some dead / extra time, but Sept 1 was the start date chosen and one week to get all that info together and plan for ur first opponent / make the thread people will complain w not enough time.
There's no perfect time allotment, it's a judgment. But I don't see any reason to drag sign ups out for another 3 weeks when zero clans have even replied or posted any kind of additional interest beyond the ones who are signed up.
If someone is interested or you think someone else may sign up, they are free to speak up or PM me privately, or answer my PM that went out...

Seasonal maps are not restricted, but is it possible for a tournament organizer to create a map like Christmas when it's not in season?

Sign Ups are now completed. Leaders will receive a pm from me tonight detailing how to score other clans. Once I've received that info I will begin compiling and arranging the seedings!

Unfortunately TOFU will not be able to participate in this one. So don't PM our leader (he cannot read PMs anyway lol).

Knights Templar is a virgin clan - we have not had any clan wars so I'm afraid we have no rating information to go by. All I can contribute is that the others are all more experienced than ourselves. Whether they are better or not, we shall see!

Both clans have been contacted multiple times. Still just under 6 hours to get their results in currently.
I wasn't able to reach either of the listed reps, but did reach other reps for both clans.
