Louis CK would have a field day with you pal. Just writing the word gay does not automatically carry bigotry with it. That & the 'N word' as you call it are incomparible especially when combined with the word face as you well know. gayface is a nonsensical playground insult that most people wouldn't bat an eyelid at. It does not constitute bigotry & a one month ban is excessively harsh.

Sir you are mistaken. We note some cases, usually when there isn't enough evidence in SD or things like that. Noting a report is as I like to call "your free pass."

Major/Severe Infractions are as follows.
Warning,
One Month Vacation,
Permanent Vacation.

He did not receive a double punishment. His first major infraction was a warning the second earned him a vacation.

Beacuse you guys were in a tiff ? That does not make the context to mean anything if you ask me. He didn't call you a f1$ or even call you gay.
