I just realized I assigned Cheyco to both games 7 and 8. That's almost certainly the hold up. For the sake of speeding things up, I'll take his place.

http://www.conquerclub.com/game.php?game=342476

I believe that makes it:

WOW - 3
Stache - 4

with one game in progress.

You know, the drunks are keeping up with you guys pretty well.

I was just going to wander in to announce defeat in 342476. I guess I was a bit too much to carry in that one.

I think we only play a game 9 if we win game 8 and tie up the series 4-4. Correct?

No, that's why I did the point system, 2 points per game, 5 for the final.

No matter what, you guys have a chance.

Ah, I forgot about that part. So the game in progress really doesn't make any difference.

Given that the last game is all but over, a sure WoW victory, tying the series at 4-4, I'm thinking admitting defeat be a bit premature.

Am I understanding this correctly - that the lowly WoW have gone toe to toe with the mighty stache, and over 8 games, the record is TIED?

Hmmmmm, I thought you guys were supposed to be so superbly awesome that we didn't stand a chance.

Anyway, we need to decide how to pick a map for the last game. Given that the series is tied, the obvious method is out. Do you know of a secure online random number generator or something?

Actually 2d has been talking to lack about setting an ultimate battle game for the final.

It would be a 10 vs 10 match.

What do you think?

What would you propose as rules for a 10x10 game? The opinion appears to be rather divided at the moment.

What do you mean?

It would be standard format. seq/unltd/flat.

World 2.0 would make the most sense as a map.

If it's going to be 5 points it has to be big.

How many players can you get? It doesn't have to be 10 on 10.

We're talking a 10vs10 team game, not a free-for-all, right?

We accept your terms for the final game, as listed above. Let me do a headcount and make sure I can get 10 people before you set up the game.
