The accused are suspected of:

Other: He has given me an absolutely ridiculous rating of all ones. There is no reason for this rating other then he lost and was upset about it. That type of rating really rubs me the wrong way because it makes me look bad because some idiot cant take a loss.

Wasn't busted for that, he was busted for Multiple Accounts.
